Given many Rochester professionals in their individual work boundaries--in this case, Mayo and Olmsted County--have affiliations with PEN and systems level thinking, it is clear that the competences do exist in Rochester, and these resources should be tapped into to harmonise the "lack-of-system" approach in driving our community's array of initiatives.
