Here are a few notes about the event:

Due to continued technology barriers, there will not be a hybrid/virtual option for this meeting. Please join us in person!

Please RSVP by clicking Yes or No on the Google Invite.

Please arrive around 9:45 to sign in and enjoy refreshments before the meeting.

Free childcare for toddlers and preschool children is provided by RPS ECFE staff. Add a note to your RSVP or email/call me if children will attend with you, so the childcare provider will be well-prepared!

Email/call me if you would like assistance with transportation to the meeting.

If you are driving, please allow extra time for parking. If the school parking lot is full, side streets are available in the neighborhood.

If you or someone you know would like an interpreter at the event, please let me know.

If you or someone you know needs other support in order to comfortably attend the meeting, please reach out to me.

This in-person gathering of family members and school staff will be a great way to close our sequence of meetings for the school year.

Thank you, and warm regards!
