- Leverage and grow CMRC's reach to promote member events to drive more attendance such as Global Market, Business Startups

- In future CMRC and RPS engagements, bring focus to individual DEI goals and actions in RPS strategic plan, accountability and what CMRC can help
- RPS web redesign input particularly from a CMRC cultural lens
