The Destination Medical Center Corporation (DMCC) Board of Directors at its February meeting, approved a resolution supporting two preliminary mobility hub locations in Rochester, MN, and authorizing up to $400,000 in financial support for additional studies and engineering.
The RFP is open to all interested parties and has a submission deadline of February 15, 2019.

The City of Rochester is looking to have up to 10 floors of housing constructed on top of a brand new 650 unit parking ramp.
This is in both a targeted census tract, an opportunity zone and a couple blocks from the Mayo Clinic. The city spent an addition $500k to ensure footings could serve up to 10 addition levels of housing.
