Panel Presenations
First, we will explore and discuss local resources available to help employers recruit and retain employees, with an emphasis on non-profit employers. For this portion of the meeting we will be joined by a panel. Panelists include:
Mark Shultz – SE MN Regional Market Analyst, DEED
Julie Brock- Workforce Development & Education Director, Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce
Bruce Thompson- Placement Specialist, Workforce Development, Inc.
Julie Nigon - Manager of the Rochester Adult and Family Literacy Program, Hawthorne Education Center
Brainstorming and Dialog
During the second half of our meeting, we will engage in brainstorming and dialogue about actions we might take to alleviate some of the pressures related to the current environment.
