Building an Inclusive Space
Laura Salveson, formerly Director of Facilities and Guest Services, and Karyn
Sciortino Johnson, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Manager, discuss ways
in which McKnight Foundation strives to be inclusive for staff, guests, and people
working in the Foundation office. The presentation will include some of the thought
and design process that went into renovation of the Foundation’s new office space,
as well as the ways in which inclusion and equity are embedded in the day-to-day
work of the foundation.
