Significantly, in alignment of our community's goal to be America's City for Health, Olmsted County Public Health Services, Community Health Assessment and Planning (CHAP) Coordinator, Derrick Fritz, has asked me to let you know about the release of 2025.Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) report per the following::
- This year's CHNA is the fifth report since 2012 from a collaborative effort between Olmsted County Public Health Services (OCPHS), Mayo Clinic, and Olmsted Medical Center (OMC).
- The 2025 CHNA shares comprehensive data and information about the health and well-being of Olmsted County residents.
- CHNA data can be and has been used as basis for grant applications,, organization strategic planning, action plans development, resources deployment, and health/wellness information sharing.
