Message from Cradle to Career Planning Team
This past April the Cradle to Career Community Summit was held at RCTC. The premise of the work is that we must dramatically increase our educational outcomes to drive individual, family and community health and addressing our looming workforce gap. Following the summit and broad community support, a group of about 15 community members representing business, government, philanthropy, service clubs and education partners were chartered to define recommendations specific to a shared community purpose, shared community outcomes and indicators, a governance structure including Leadership Table and Backbone anchor entity with strong data management support to sustain the initiative long term.
This work is now complete and the Cradle to Career Planning Team looks forward to sharing this work with you on February 22. They invite you to join us to see the research and recommendations that have been developed during 2017. Coffee will be served.
