Dear Family Engagement Partners,
Thank you to everyone who joined our April RPS Family Engagement Meeting!
If you missed the meeting or would like to review, please check out the April RPS Family Engagement Meeting Slides and this video of the meeting.
We're grateful to Jodi Dworkin, PhD, from the University of Minnesota, who graciously shared her time and expertise with us on a topic that is relevant to all of our families: Raising Kids in a Digital World. You are welcome to review her slides, and consider exploring the University of Minnesota Extension website on parenting and caregiving and raising digital citizens.
Your feedback is important for shaping our future meetings. Please complete a few questions on this RPS Family Engagement Meeting Survey; parents, caregivers, family-facing staff, and community members are all invited to respond.
For next month, parents and caregivers of students attending Title I school sites are welcome to register and join the annual RPS Title I Family Engagement Input meeting, which will take place virtually on Tuesday, May 12th, at 10:00 and 4:00. Flyers are attached, and the RPS Communications team will be distributing them to our Title I school sites in the next few weeks.
The monthly RPS Family Engagement meetings will resume in September 2026. If you are currently on the distribution list, you will be included in September. Please email me if you prefer to be removed or know of someone who could be added.
