Mission Statement: Our mission is to meet the needs and harness the strengths of all older adults with the goal of building communities that enhance the overall well-being of older adults who live in Olmsted County. We proceed by engaging citizens, consumers, and providers to develop and sustain a community framework that fosters healthy aging.
Vision Statement: In Olmsted County, older adults are valued, respected, and engaged in communities committed to healthy aging, inclusion, and well-being. Older adults and caregivers have access to a comprehensive system of services, supports, and opportunities that foster aging with dignity, a high quality of life, and personal fulfillment.
Suggested Revision
