Welcome to join for Sabbath in the morning with special guests Dr. Wayne Dysinger and Dr. Eddie Ramirez, followed by a Lunch potluck, health talks, and a tribute to Dr. Hans Diehl.

- 15 lifestyle medicine experts spanning over 12 specialties will be covering a wide array of health topics. Additionally, 4 of these speakers will be presenting at four different Mayo Clinic Grand Rounds, sharing insights on plant-based nutrition focused lifestyle medicine.
- Mayor Norton has once again proclaimed May as Wellness Awareness Month in Rochester.
