 CMRC Message

Marnita's Table and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota are hosting an online Healthcare conversation for residents of Rochester and the surrounding area to share your healthcare needs and experiences with Minnesota’s largest healthcare provider.

Thursday March 11 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. on Zoom.

We are offering incentives for participants, we can provide dinner for the household the day of the event or a gift card if they choose not to have dinner..

Here are more details for community connectors:

For RSVPs, we need the address and phone number for food delivery and confirmation, how many people are in the household (we will feed everyone if they choose to have dinner!) and if anyone has food allergies or preferences that we need to know about. We also need to know if anyone needs language support or help getting connected to Zoom.

Please enter their information into the RSVP form or have them do so themselves: marnitastable.org/bcbsrochester

Connectors can use as much or as little of the invite language as makes sense, we just give all the information in case questions come up!

We would love to have Connectors and their families join the conversation as well! Of course you will get a meal that night as well!

Compensation:

To reach as many different community members as possible we are able to offer $100 per every 10 households confirmed.
We will be sending over a Connector Stipend form by the end of the week or earlier the following week after the event to process payments.

We have a sign-in-sheet that we would like participants to complete after the event.

Below is our invitation with more details:
