Message from Diversity Council Executive Director about the Covid Impact Survey 2021-02-20
Colleagues, sharing some vital information from Olmsted County and the State of MN. Please read and participate and share as you are able!
The Community Health Assessment and Planning (CHAP) process, which includes Olmsted County Public Health Services, Olmsted Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, and numerous community partners, is leading efforts to implement a COVID-19 Impact Survey.
This survey will help the CHAP process understand the greater impacts that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on Olmsted County residents. Additionally, information gathered will be used to establish community programs that address the current community health priorities of mental health, financial stress, and substance use.
