Message from webmaster

Due to recent maintenance website activities, the file upload function previously used by Clare to upload newsletter is still not working. As an alternative, I used the Add Page combined with GoogleDoc embed function to post this issues of newsletter. Though a bit of more complicated to invoke, the advantage of this technique allows more than single files display and can include other web content as can be seen in the inclusion of Festival of Trees announcements.
