Good morning,
On behalf of your steering committee and as an original member of the Community Networking Group, you are invited to attend a meeting on September 23 at 9:00 am. Craig Helmstetter, Ph.D. who is with Wilder Research and is leading the MN Compass project will join us at the United Way of Olmsted County for the meeting.Compass Points 2015 PDF download

The CNG steering committee is considering implementing a community dashboard, along the lines of MN Compass, that would help us to have a common source for information regarding trends facing our region. We would like to gather your input and thoughts regarding this potential project.

To help us with this task, we have asked Craig to present the MN Compass project, its correlating website and functionality; as well as how it’s being used in different contexts around the state. We will use his presentation as the basis for a discussion about the value of having a community dashboard here, as well as specific applications that might be of interest for us to pursue.

Space is limited for this meeting, so please accept or decline this invitation.
We’re attempting to have a meaningful, productive conversation to solidify direction on this project by reconnecting with key community leaders who originally started with CNG around the time of its inception.

We hope you can join us on September 23.

Sincerely,
Jerome
