Purpose of this meeting/series:
To understand the scope of the plan and explore the role and opportunities for community organizations. Change is coming: how do we prepare?
Here are some Additional notes from the Meeting:
Dialog: Each presentation will be followed by a dialog, to discuss:
Comments on the process/plan.
What have you been hearing?
How does it affect us?
What are our opportunities and responsibilities?
Documentation: As we hear the presentation on each plan, we will try to understand and document:
- the boundaries of the plan,
- the overall goals of the plan
- what metrics/measures will be used to gauge progress/success.
This information will be used by Al to complete the on-line "planscape".
